This chill and ambient food hub will give you the opportunity to drop produce for consolidation and collection. During the 8 month trial the cost will be no more than £1 per case depending on use, but for the first month will be subsidised to 50p per case.

The food hub will:

• Allow producers to arrange to drop their products off to be taken onto their final destination by other producers, carriers or retailers.
• Enable carriers to spend their time delivering rather than collecting.
• Make it viable for producers to service small accounts in Manchester & Merseyside.
• Improve the range of food from North West’s producers available to retailers.
